Baked Brussels Sprout Chips

Ingredients:

  • 10 Brussels sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Roasted red pepper hummus

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts.

  3. Steam the sprouts for approximately 8 minutes.

  4. Once the sprouts have cooled down, flatten them gently with the bottom of a glass or cup.

  5. Season the sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping them halfway, until they are crispy.

  7. Serve with roasted red pepper hummus and enjoy!
